That’s where we come in.  We don't just set you up and say good-bye.  We remain on the job to ensure that things run smoothly, and to take swift corrective action when needed.

S.O. Sales also takes preventative measures by doing vendor surveys to make sure that the suppliers are capable of the things they claim. We run weekly open order reports to ensure that everything is in agreement and that deliveries are met. If, for whatever reason, there is a delay in a shipment we work with purchasing to determine the impact and to remedy any issues.
